Betaland is managed by Gaming VC Corporation Limited, a company registered in Malta. It is part of the Gaming VC group of companies, the holding company being Gaming VC Holdings SA, a company registered in Luxembourg and listed on the Alternative Investments Market (AIM) in London.

Regulation

Gaming VC Corporation Ltd., is licensed by the Lotteries and Gaming Authority in Malta (“LGA”) with license number LGA/CL2/350/2007 to operate www.betaland.com. Furthermore, GVC runs the poker games on Class 3 on 4 license - LGA/CL3/350/2007, through Boss Media Malta Poker Limited. Casino on Class 1 on 4 license - LGA/CL1/350/2007, through Boss Media Malta Casino limited, and the flash casino on Class 1 on 4 license - LGA/CL1/443/2008, through Net Entertainment Ltd. GVC currently runs its live Casino on an LOI LGA/CL1/545/2008 through Grinder Limited LGA/CL4/446/2008.
